In this case study, Nic Espanet from Thrive Multifamily LLC talks about his experience using our real estate syndication software, Cash Flow Portal.

About Nic: Nic is the Principal at Thrive Multifamily LLC. He has been passively investing in multifamily assets since 2016. Moreover, Nic has been a multifamily Syndicator & Asset Manager since 2018. He is currently an Asset Manager in 4 multifamily syndications totaling 580 units and is a Passive Investor in an additional 1780 units at seven properties. A licensed Physical Therapist with 25+ years of experience, Nic runs his private practice since 2012.

Recently, Nic and his wife Sunny also founded Occupancy Launch with his wife Sunny, a company that helps multifamily owners increase occupancy and generate income through short-term rentals while reducing liability to the property.

Case Study:

Investor communication is becoming very time-consuming. Nic wanted to focus on growing his businesses instead of managing hundreds of emails and messages. As a result, Nic was looking for a solution to streamline the investor communication.

Before joining Cash Flow Portal, Nic was doing manual data entry in spreadsheets and using email as a primary communication tool.

The main reason for choosing Cash Flow Portal was that it is an affordable alternative to similar platforms.

After joining Cash Flow Portal, Nic can now upload and distribute documents in one click, communicate more efficiently with his investors, and present deals on one single platform.

Nic can focus on growth instead of ongoing operations and business maintenance thanks to automating his back-office work.

Nic’s advice to others considering Cash Flow Portal:

“Cash Flow Portal is an excellent tool to streamline investor communication and frees up time to focus on growth strategies.”
