Podcast: Investing in Real Estate as a First-Generation Immigrant with Perry Zheng

Investing in Real Estate as a First-Generation Immigrant with Perry Zheng

Our CEO, Perry Zheng, was on the Reed Goossens’ podcast a couple of weeks ago.

Join Perry and Reed as they talk about Perry’s journey from being a first-generation immigrant to a successful real estate syndicator, as well as how Cash Flow Portal came to be so successful in such a short amount of time.

Perry is a first-generation immigrant who grew up in a hardworking family. Growing up, he realized that working smarter bears more fruit than working harder. After getting a good education, working his way up the career ladder, and creating Cash Flow Portal, Perry decided to pour his time into real estate—particularly syndications.

In this episode, Perry shares his insights on career growth, starting out in the real estate industry, and what it’s like to work towards success as an immigrant in the US. Perry and Reed also deep dive into how we built Cash Flow Portal, which is a relatively new company (but is already achieving 80% to 100% growth week-to-week), and how we managed to thrive in the middle of a global pandemic.
